Here service becomes ingrained in your soul; it becomes a part of you.
Helping out in the community is an essential part of the Niagara experience. Whether it's preparing income taxes for the elderly, serving food at a local soup kitchen, or building a house as part of Habitat for Humanity, Niagara students are actively engaged in reaching out to those less fortunate.

A Vincentian Tradition of Service
Our focus on experiential and service learning brings the heart of our mission together with the power of civic engagement, community service and real world experience having a significant impact on the learning experience of our students and on the needs of the community.

Whether it's participating in the Autism Awareness Walk, tutoring urban elementary school students or conducting breast cancer research with professors, our students strive to assist where ever possible.

Those types of real-world learning opportunities help Niagara alumni translate their "small-school" education into top jobs within their chosen career fields.
